Bloody Mary.
One of the brunches with my daughter, we had the best "bloody mary" drink, it was a little bit unreal, for some reason reminded me the atmosphere of 60s, may be her retro dress and red lipstick?
By painting this I stopped the time and I can feel the sun on my skin, remember that turquoise Florida sky, hear clicking of glasses somewhere on the background. Anyway, I used ink and Kuretake and touch of Artist Pitt pens.

Very niece piece. I like the contrast between the reds on the central area and the more monochromatic background surrounding it.
Your daughter is always a gorgeous subject for your art, Nikira. I love how you've captured the memory of this day...and that sense of old black and white photographic memories too with the distant gentleman...
Thank you very much, B2-kun! The color of the drink, my anticipation, it was only way to do it, to make the red pop. Also I tried different textures here. :)
Thank you very much, CrimsonLeaves. My winter emotions prevent me from drawing, have many ideas started and can't bring myself into that light mood, when I can draw. And without it it's icy cold. So I am posting what I did earlier, during the summer and fall.
Thank you very much, Dena! :)
