Ink mostly. I used sparkly inks, it didn't scan, and other silver and gold shimmer canno't be seen here. -

Fabiana, actually Artist from Japan, Kumi Matsukawa, did outstanding job with toilet paper, she painted white on white in watercolor so beautifully, check it out
