Exercise in ink.
While discussing options how to get down from the mountains when all roads on the way were destroyed and our phones dead I kept sketching from the book I took with me "Pen and Ink", exercising in different strokes. It was sort of free interpretation. And it kept me calm.

Old coffee pot.
Locked up by hurricane I used daylight time to do a little sketch of old coffee pot, longing for coffee, we had no power for a few days. I used watercolor and precious Namiki Falcon pen.

Everyday-ki # 2.
My busy today. Just one appointment, really bad grilled chicken, even cats didn't like it and charming Asian store on Ave U, where I got some nice stuff, including my favorite japanese rice cakes and triangle lollipops. Drew with Hero pen with ballet nib in small squared Molly.

Brooklyn street
I still cant pass car inspection for some weird reasons, so being fed up with driving and technical convos with men, I stopped somewhere not far from the shop and sketched quiet street with golden leafs. And if I'll finish cooking pumpkin kasha I can consider this day as positive.

Sketch on Brighton 14.
I had to move the car, and while waiting for legal parking, sketched the path to the beach. So weird, felt like vacation. Why don't I go there?

Inna's shoe.
She is in college and I miss her. Its her beautiful Galiano shoe with fur. I used 2 colors acrylic ink: umber and sienna and a touch of fountain pen School-G for manga, which I still cant make work.

Liza, the kindest and loving cat on Earth.

She will give you all her warmth and lick your nose till it sanded off. And she is not afraid of anything, she was born in our family and never learn anything bad or scary. She loves man at work and always the first to watch them closely fix cable box, paint closet. Funny.

Marina.

After I dropped Inna at the tennis club for work, I spend time sketching boats in Mill Basin, on the same street, fun.

Gate. Arboretum.

Was kinda cool to sit in the car and draw with Inktense pencils. Gotta figure out what the heck this weird English pencils for. The result is not equal to pleasure .
