Sketch with Palomino on Brighton.
We went to get some food on Brighton for beet salad and I sketched people there. Palomino pencil is HB, but gives such rich gradation.

Latvian soup.
Friend of mine made a surprise for us : this unusual Latvian bread and fruit soup with wipped cream. Besides being delicious, it was just beautiful and so unexpected. So I wanted to stop the moment and enjoy it to the full extend. I used my new love this vintage watercolors in Arches book. Paper is amazing.

Anatomy of the knee.
Mother and a child I've met in the waiting room, sketched with Falcon. Drawing of the knee brought sweet memories of anatomical studies in my first college, when I was 18 and so eager to learn. I got E in his class, Konyaev, he had red neck and was old, in his 40ies, I think. He let me choose color for walls in college, I was very proud.
